Less Than 1% Error Rate: We work hard to keep mistakes to a minimum, but if you encounter an issue with your order, don't hesitate to reach out!

A clear photo highlighting the problem with your sticker or wall decor is essential for us to investigate. -
Missing Items: An unboxing video provides solid proof for investigating missing items from your order. This helps us address the issue efficiently with both our warehouse and the logistics company.
Resolving the Issue:

Quality Issues: Once we verify the defect, we'll happily reproduce your item at no extra cost. Since each sticker is made fresh, we don't offer returns for non-quality reasons (e.g., changing your mind, wanting a different product).

Missing Items: We'll either replace the missing items or offer a full refund. Investigating such cases requires checking both our warehouse and the logistics company's end, hence the need for the unboxing video.
Important Timelines:

Report any quality issues or missing items within 72 hours of delivery.

We'll process replacements or refunds within 5 business days once we verify the issue.
Additional Notes:

We'll cover shipping costs and provide a return label if necessary.

Reproduced items will follow the original production time and shipping method.

Didn't Receive Your Order?
If your order shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 24 hours. We'll either reship your order or offer a refund based on the logistics company's response. Unfortunately, requests after 24 hours are subject to their regulations.
Changing Your Mind?
We understand that plans change. However, since each sticker is custom-made, we can't offer returns for reasons unrelated to quality (e.g., changing your mind, wanting a different product).
