Didn't Receive Your Order?

If your order shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 24 hours. We'll either reship your order or offer a refund based on the logistics company's response. Unfortunately, requests after 24 hours are subject to their regulations.

Changing Your Mind?

We understand that plans change. However, since each sticker is custom-made, we can't offer returns for reasons unrelated to quality (e.g., changing your mind, wanting a different product).
